We source our raw materials from 6,500 acres of the world’s largest and most fertile pollen production site in Northwest Ohio, USA. Step 1: Pollen Collection Pollen collection takes place for a short period of time, in just two weeks. Our field technicians are highly trained and use custom-designed harvesters. Our field experts closely monitor each harvest area to determine the appropriate harvest date.

Step 2: Raw Material Drying Process Wet raw materials are transported by Graminex® trucks for a carefully controlled drying process. Graminex® operators are all trained in the cGMP standard for raw material handling. A dedicated programmable heater controls the temperature and air supply to ensure maximum, continuous efficiency. At each stage, raw materials are inspected and recorded to ensure perfect quality.

Step 3: Storage and Processing Graminex® uses an air control system to move raw materials efficiently through processing and storage areas. Our facility boasts an annual capacity of more than 500 metric tons and certified raw material storage reaching 285,000 cubic feet.

Step 4: Separation and Formulation Suitable plant raw materials are filtered and separated using a special aeration system. The closed system ensures no pollen is lost. From the farm to the finished formulation, Graminex® precisely controls all ingredients.
